Every billing-capable module generates GST-compliant tax invoices with GSTIN, HSN/SAC codes, CGST + SGST for intra-state, IGST for inter-state, e-invoice-ready structure, and correct place-of-supply handling. The billing module also supports credit notes, debit notes, purchase bills, vendor ledgers, and HSN-wise GSTR-1 summary exports.

Yes. The India track is English-first across UI labels, printed receipts, invoice PDFs, WhatsApp templates, and support. Additional Indian-language support is handled module-by-module where it is needed.

Does OnePlaceHQ work on mobile?
Yes. Every web app is mobile-first and works on any Android or iPhone browser. Native Android apps are available for Gym and Billing today via direct APK download, with more modules shipping through 2026. The School module ships a dedicated parent mobile app for fee payments, attendance alerts and report cards — plus a staff app for teachers and admins.
Can I migrate from Tally, Vyapar, Marg, Busy, or a spreadsheet?
Yes. We import customers, products, opening balances, ledgers and historical invoices from Tally, Vyapar, Marg, Busy, and plain Excel/CSV. Migration is done as part of onboarding — send your export and we'll map it. No data loss, no re-typing. For seva/trust data, we also import donor ledgers and past 80G receipts.
